Please note the following important points in relation to the scheme:

• All sections of the application form must be completed, and the declaration (page 14) fully signed.
• 75% of the club or group members should be between the ages of 10 and 21 years.
• Clubs or groups in receipt of LYCGS funding last year (2024) must complete the Club Report Form (page 12) and return it with their application.  Any surplus funding unspent from last year must be returned to LWETB.
• Any grants awarded this year must be spent by 31^st December 2025.

The closing date for the submission of fully completed application forms is Monday 10^th March 2025.  Late applications will not be considered.
