Qualifications, Salary Scale and conditions of service are in accordance with the regulations of the Department of Education. For persons entering a recruitment grade for the first time, starting pay will be at the minimum of the new reduced scale. The rate of remuneration may be adjusted from time to time in line with Government pay policy.
