Community National Schools (CNS) are publicly funded, publicly managed multi-denominational schools that welcome all children from the local communities they serve. Longford and Westmeath ETB is inviting applications from suitably qualified persons for the teaching vacancies below in Cornamaddy CNS. Appointments are to the Longford and Westmeath ETB Scheme. Cornamaddy CNS is a 20-teacher school with a current enrolment of approximately 300 students.
An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
