All appointments are to Longford and Westmeath Education and Training Board, but candidates will be assigned in the first instance to the school listed below during the 2026/2027 academic year. The expected commencement date will be from 27th August 2026. A panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the ETB approves the successful candidate. Vacancies are subject to the posts not
being required for the Department of Education Redeployment process.
