Vision, Mission and Value
In 2017 LWETB have developed a ‘Strategy Statement 2017 – 2022’ as required under Section 27 of the 2013
ETB Act. This Strategy Statement sets out the high level goals and objectives for Longford and Westmeath
ETB for the next five years. The Strategy Statement is the appropriate basis and background for reviewing the
achievements of LWETB during 2017 and provides the framework in this annual report for each of the four
areas that follow namely schools, youth services, FET and OSD.
