Protected Disclosures

The Protected Disclosures (Amendment) Act 2022 came into effect on 1st January, 2023 as an amendment to the Protected Disclosures Act 2014. The Act was introduced to give protection to all workers who make a protected disclosure. It provides protection to all workers, including employees, contractors, agency workers and trainees.
